SA Class and Teams cordially invite colleagues to enroll in our activities for June and July.
Classes: Health Qigong, Karate-Do, Modern Dance, Stretchy Dance, Tai-chi, Yoga
Sports Teams: Basketball, Football, Table Tennis
For details and registration, please visit our website. Quotas are on a first-come-first-served basis, and priority will be given to SA members.
All participants must be faculty/staff or SA member/Associate Member. Non-members are welcome to join Staff Association. The application form can downloaded here.

The Staff Appreciation Reception, held on May 9, 2025, was a resounding success! We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the colleagues who attended and contributed to its success. The energy in the event was contagious. We were delighted to witness numerous colleagues forging new connections with each other and with members of the senior management. We appreciate your support, and we hope to see you at our future events. Thank you to everyone involved for making the Staff Appreciation Reception 2025 a memorable one!

We bid farewell to our long-serving Exco Members Ms Clara So (DHSS), who just left the University, and Linda Mak (CLE), who’ll retire in July. We sincerely thank them for their contributions to the Staff Association over the years and wish them all the best in their next step forward.

Snapshots of MUST 25th Anniversary Cup: Staff & Student Sports Invitational Tournament
|
|
The HKUST SA and Student Basketball and Table Tennis Teams were invited by the Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) to participate in basketball and table tennis tournaments alongside MUST and Macau University on 4 May 2025. The main goals of the tournament were to build friendships, encourage cultural exchange among the teams, and strengthen the connections between students and colleagues from the three universities. The visit turned out to be an exciting and unforgettable experience for our teams. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to MUST for their generous hospitality and for organizing this exceptional event.

Water Magic

Kids@UST science workshop, Water Magic, is now open for application! Senior primary students who are interested in science are welcome to join. Our instructors will guide students into the magical world of water, transforming them into explorers as they delve into the intricacies of water particles and explore the concepts of concentration and
density through various interactive and enjoyable inquiry-based activities.
