People Leader Program @ Mar

On Mar 18, Talent Development launched the People Leader Program for Band 6 managers. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with participants finding the program both informative, creative and fun. They appreciate the opportunity to share their challenges and learn new strategies to enhance their leadership skills.
Our Band 7 & 8 managers are already halfway through their program, and the enthusiasm is palpable. This initiative is not just about learning; it's about building a supportive community where leaders can grow together.

New Hires Orientation Program for Non-academic Staff @ Mar 20

We welcomed our new non-academic staff who joined in Dec - mid Feb. The session covered HKUST's values, policies, and resources shared from VP-AB and representives from HRO, DSTO, HSEO and SUST, to support new staff's journey. It was a great start to building connections and fostering a collaborative work environment as 1-HKUST!

Health Talk: When Do You Need Your Health Check-Up? @ Mar 25

Participants attended the 1-hour online talk to uncover the essentials of health screening - what it is, why it matters, when to do it, with expert recommendations. They empowered themself with the insights and stay proactive about their health.
