On Feb 7, Talent Development launched the first People Leader Program , designed for all people managers. This initiative aims to provide the necessary tools to develop both personal and professional skills, foster better team collaboration, and drive our institution's success.
Remarkably, the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for this phase is an impressive 9 out of 10, reflecting high participant satisfaction and the program's effectiveness.

Microsoft 365 Copilot Use Cases @ Jan 16
We learned how to use Microsoft 365 Copilot to manage different real work scenarios like doing comparison on Excel, creating plan project plan on PowerPoint, summarizing chat on Teams, etc. which helps much on our productivity and efficiency.
Crafting Effective Prompts for AI Tools @ Jan 17
We learned how to craft effective prompts to summarize, simplify, visualize complex info, brainstorm new ideas and materials and rewrite information, etc.
There are a lot of AI tools in the market like Gamma, Notion AI, Zapier AI and more. Feel free to share your interested ones with HRO and we shall organize training that benefits all of us at work.

Colleagues from FYTGS learned how to handle the negative emotions of others and how we can stay grounded in the moment. A very practical workshop with lots of discussions and role plays, so much fun and learning.

We came together to explore the skills for influencing and persuasion, work styles, understanding our stakeholders, and the psychology of persuasion. The ultimate purpose is to get our messages across, thoughts exchanged and reach a result where everyone feels comfortable to work together effectively.
