Employee Assistance Program EAP

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all employees, your spouse and children under the age of 18.  You can call the hotline (24 hours available) or book a time to meet the counsellor face-to-face for a wide range of topics:

 

personal growth, mental health, stress management, physical fitness, financial consultation, marriage issue, child / elderly care, interpersonal relationship and more.

 

So, whatever is on your mind, give a call to EAP hotline to have someone to chat with.

 

You will receive the 2025 calendar card with EAP hotline number 5401-0877 at the back by this week.

There will also be a series of Mental Health Talks in Oct, Nov and Dec.  Please stay tuned and enrol when the promotion is out.

EAP Briefing x Herbal Tea Session @ Sep 27

Participants learned about how the valuable resources available through EAP can support them and their families while enjoying a selection of soothing herbal teas. They also DIY, picked and mixed their own herbal tea bags that fit their physique. It was an enriching experience filled with delightful flavors, knowledge, and connection.

Illuminating Moon Lamp Painting Workshop @ Sep 13

We had a celebration of Mid-Autumn Festival!  We 60 people took a pause at lunch hour on a busy day and did something we did not do often – got our hands dirty to decorate our own moon. The atmosphere was vibrant and warm, we so focused on expressing our artistic flair and smiled with our beautiful art piece.
