Two dynamic events took place @July to accelerate the University’s effort on Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion.  We gained some learning and take-away which can be applied in our work and personal life in an interesting way.  Both events promoted acceptance, appreciation and respect of diversities.  

We were creative and collaborative in the Dark and Silence Experience, helped each other out with the constraints that we faced.  The Sikh Temple Visit helped us become more socially inclusive to people different from us and appreciate the richness of life that it brings.  The kids who joined us were brilliant, gentle, and very into the event.

Let's keep the vibes going, stay empathetic and appreciative at work.

Zentangle @May and Singing Bowl @June were well-received by colleagues.  

@July we organized Self-massage with Essential Oils Workshop.  Colleagues learned self-massage techniques for alleviating the stress and use of essential oils to maximize the impact.  We will re-run the Self-massage workshop @Aug and priority will be given to colleagues on the waiting list of July workshop.
