Have you set your objectives for the 2025-2026 Performance and Development Review (PDR) Cycle?

Please submit them in e-PDR and get approval from your Appraising Officer by 28 February 2026.

For support, virtual sessions for people managers will be offered in January, and online PDR resources are available here.
