Participants came together for creative sessions that blended art and nature. They enjoyed crafting beautiful frames adorned with vibrant, everlasting blooms, capturing cherished memories through their personalized artistry, while also adding a touch of decoration to their workstations.

The session provided participants with a much-needed moment of rest, promoting relaxation and well-being. They appreciated the soothing atmosphere, which helped alleviate their stress and discomfort, leaving them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

People Leader Program (for Band 4 and 5 Staff)
|
|
|
The People Leader Program aims to cultivate a strong leadership culture at the university, encouraging participants to embrace and apply humility in leadership. Following the success of the first phase for Band 6-8 managers, we are now halfway through the second phase for Bands 4 and 5, tailored for those in managerial and project-leading roles, with 60 staff participating so far. There are only a few spots left, so please reach out if you're interested in joining.

New Hires Orientation Program for Non-academic Staff @ Sep 19

The session warmly welcomed new non-academic staff from May to August, showcasing presentations from the VP-AB, HRO, and various departments. A highlight was the first organized campus tour, introducing key locations along with intriguing facts and the history of our community. It is always wonderful to witness new connections forming within the 1-HKUST community!
